Yes, it is easier for we E-HSP-HSS's to be both extraverted and introverted, and we most likely have an easier, if not more enjoyable time being "out" in the world -- especially if it is a "world" we have been fortunate to create and which honors our own values … Is it possible to be both highly sensation seeking AND an introvert?
